I will be offering specialised and individualised mental health medication consultation, tailored to the specific symptoms and requirements of each patient, while carefully considering any contraindications, co-morbidities and past treatments. My services encompass the initiation, cross-titration and the deprescribing of mental health medications. I provide a referral service for both primary care and private patients, serving the Fylde Coast area. I am a qualified non-medical prescriber.

Referral Service
The service is available for primary care providers and private patients. This professional is registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) and holds a Master of Pharmacy degree (MPharm) in addition to a Postgraduate Certificate in Psychiatric Therapeutics.
Experience
With two decades of experience in the National Health Service (NHS), I possess a strong foundation in healthcare, particularly in the field of mental health pharmacy, where I have specialised for eight years. My extensive background includes effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams that feature a variety of specialists, including psychiatrists, geriatricians, neurologists, cardiologists, psychologists, and mental health nurses. I have demonstrated consistent success in managing patients with a wide array of conditions, such as anxiety, depression, mood disorders, psychosis, and behavioural and psychological symptoms related to dementia.
